Sweet, extremely fit 21-year-old mare

With a heavy heart, but due to a lack of time and back problems, I am looking for a fantastic new home for my beautiful and very sweet mare (21 years old).
She is an extremely fit and vital horse that still enjoys exercise and attention every day. In the past, we had a wonderful sport career together up to Medium level dressage. Nowadays, she thoroughly enjoys her role as a wonderful leisure horse!

What makes her so special?
-Extremely fit & healthy: Despite her age, she has the energy and appearance of a much younger horse.
-Social on hack: She goes out on hacks weekly and visibly enjoys it. Heading out together with another horse, a walker, or a cyclist is something she loves.
-Good dressage foundation: You can still tell she has an M2 background; she has fine, responsive buttons.
- Well-behaved and therefore very pleasant and easy to handle. Stands quietly and behaves well at the farrier, vet, etc. Easy to load onto the trailer.

Honesty above all:
-Hacking: She likes leaving the yard, but always with a buddy (horse, walker, or cyclist). She prefers not to leave the yard alone, so I am looking for someone who enjoys going out together.
-Workload capacity: In the past, she had a stifle ligament injury. Currently, this doesn't bother her at all and she has no issues, but because of this, she is no longer suitable for higher-level dressage or heavy strain. On the other hand, recreational riding and light work suit her perfectly!
-Character & Rider requirements: She has a spirited, sensitive, and forward-going character (especially when in season). Because of this, she is not suitable for beginners, insecure, or nervous riders. I am looking for an experienced, confident, and calm rider who knows how to handle a sensitive horse and can provide the right guidance.

What am I looking for for her?

I am looking for a 5-star home with a sweet, experienced, and confident owner where she can enjoy plenty of turnout/paddock paradise, love, and lovely hacks or light work.
Finding a good, forever home is my top priority. The match between rider and horse is crucial.
