Nander is a 13-year-old BWP gelding standing 142 cm, whom we would love to give a new, warm home after 6 wonderful years together. He has extensive experience in showjumping and has achieved great results in the Gouden Laars and at Jumping Mechelen. Nander is a son of Triomphe de Riverland and has a fine, sport-oriented jumping pedigree. Nander has mainly been ridden for showjumping and has experience on courses from 90 cm to 1 m. He comes into his own best with a rider who has confidence in him and rides accurately and consistently. When Nander has confidence in his rider and there is a click, he gives his all in jumping and really wants to work for his rider. He does need an experienced and confident rider. Nander can sometimes test his rider and needs someone who remains calm, clear and consistent and does not easily get pushed around. He is therefore not suitable for a beginner rider. For an experienced young rider making the transition to a D-pony and wanting to grow further in showjumping, he can be a true teacher. He can also be a fine partner for an experienced leisure rider who enjoys jumping and hacking out. In terms of dressage, Nander knows the basic paces, but has not been trained any further in this. In handling, Nander is pleasant and calm. He is well-behaved with the farrier, equine dentist and vet. His teeth are checked annually and his vaccinations are completely up to date. He is well-behaved on the trailer and loves going on hacks. Nander currently spends a lot of time outside and is accustomed to a quiet, stable environment. We are not looking for a quick sale for Nander, but the right match. He is not in the way and does not have to leave. Born on 8 June 2026, an appealing colt by Cartello (Van Cartani x Lord) out of Thesaura-vgw (Comme Il Faut x Kannan x Darco x Heartbreaker). Correct and strongly built foal with a nice front, good body proportions and a good, expansive canter. An athletic foal with presence and sufficient blood, which is interesting for future showjumping and breeding. The dam Thesaura-vgw is a mare with a lot of blood, a sharp but cooperative character and a strong international showjumping pedigree. Particularly interesting is the female line. The grandam already produced Talamanca Z and Tinkerbell VGW in her first crop, both of which are classed at 1.35 m level at the age of seven. The line goes back to Panama du Seigneur, a mare that has produced multiple successful showjumping horses.
