Sweet gelding Fenno seeks a nice, quiet home

Fenno is a 15-year-old gelding with a heart of gold. He is a very sensitive horse who can get easily overstimulated and therefore needs some extra patience and calmness. Because of this sensitivity, he is very pure and honest, which could also make him very suitable for horse coaching: he mirrors directly and shows you what's going on.

Character:
Fenno is an incredibly sweet and reliable horse. He will never become mean towards his rider, even if he finds things scary at times. In handling, he seeks contact a lot, is very curious, and is cheerfully lively. Fenno thrives most in a calm environment with clear structure. He is sensitive to ulcers, so a stable and calm way of keeping him is important.

Riding:
Fenno is super nice to ride and wonderfully well-behaved on trail rides. He finds going out alone a bit scary, but with a confident rider, this is manageable! With other horse(s), he is super well-behaved and enjoys it immensely. He no longer needs to perform: he would prefer to enjoy life with trail rides or a quiet round in the arena.

Ideal place for Fenno:
• Calm environment, preferably with horses at home
• Plenty of pasture time in a herd (he gets along very well with other horses)
• No performance pressure, but simply being together, cuddling, and trail rides or a quiet time in the arena
• Someone with a lot of patience who enjoys companionship and not just riding
• Also suitable as a pasture buddy or for horse coaching

Reason for selling:
I myself have lost the joy in equestrian sports and want to give Fenno a place where he can fully realize himself. There is no rush to sell. Fenno will only go if a 100% suitable, loving 5-star home is found.

Fenno deserves a place where he can be completely himself, a buddy to enjoy life with, and where his sensitivity can be a strength.
