Handsome 6-year-old Welsh mare

We are offering our sweet Welsh pony mare for sale. She has been backed for half a year now (I backed her together with my 12-year-old daughter) and has made great progress in that time: she competes at level B, is already jumping a small course at home, and has completed her first practice competition without any problems and very well-behaved. Meanwhile, she also joins our summer camps (which she does very bravely) and my 9-year-old son easily rides her around.

Character: an absolute sweetheart to handle, affectionate and easygoing. She is a bit easily startled though — she sometimes looks closely at something new and then briefly drifts inward or makes a small jump to the side. She is never mean or unpredictable in this; it stays at looking and a small reaction. With a calm, experienced hand, she gets used to this just fine and her confidence visibly grows.

She has a nice foundation to build upon, both towards dressage and showjumping, and is a pony with character and a future for a rider who gives her the time and consistent approach she deserves.

A rider with some experience in the saddle, who is patient and enjoys growing together with her — not a starter pony for a complete beginner rider, but a fine opportunity for someone who has previously mastered riding ponies.
