Simba – a special pony looking for her next best friend ❤️

It is with a heavy heart that we are selling our sweet Simba, because I am growing too big for her.

Simba (sport name Simply Special) is a beautiful C-mare measuring 1.36 m. Despite her age of 22 years, she is still very fit, enthusiastic, and healthy! She thoroughly enjoys riding and the competitions we do together. We have participated in the Gelderland Championships several times, where we also won prizes. In addition, we competed in the Dutch Championships together, which was an incredible experience and went amazingly well!

Simba is a true all-rounder. She loves jumping very much and we have done a lot of that. In dressage, we have competed at L1. We go to dressage and jumping lessons at the club every week. She also really enjoys cross-country, although we haven't done that a great deal.

She is also extremely well-behaved in general handling. At the farrier and vet, she is calm and unfazed by anything. Furthermore, she loads onto the trailer easily and is well-behaved travelling out even when alone.

Simba has been to pony camp twice and we had a lot of fun there. Staying at a stable with unfamiliar ponies, fancy dress evenings, riding out with a large group, riding bareback, or doing circus tricks on the pony: Simba does it all. She can sometimes look at something, but she is definitely not a pony that bolts or runs away.

We think Simba is suitable for a beginner rider who wants to get into the sport, but also for someone doing bixie riding, or a leisure rider. She can be enthusiastic when asked, but at the same time is incredibly sweet and reliable.

Simba has given us many wonderful memories, and therefore we find it very important that she gets a new owner who becomes just as crazy about her as we are. We are therefore not looking for a quick sale, but primarily a loving and suitable home where she can enjoy many more wonderful years. ❤️
