Wanted: All-rounder / Showjumper

Hello,
I am slowly looking for an all-rounder or showjumper. What I am looking for:
- Mare or gelding
- Between 1.65 m and 1.75 m. Slightly bigger or smaller is fine, but smaller is not preferred.
- Age preferably 6 - 10, slightly younger is fine if proven reliable and safe. Slightly older is also fine, but 12 is really the maximum.
- Does not need to have a placed level, but must eventually be able to jump 1.00m.
- Not very green, so more than just a steering wheel and brakes.
- Reliable, not a horse that bolts. Starting is allowed, a buck once is allowed, but no rodeo or uncontrollable running. A very sensitive or hot horse is also not a match for me.
- Healthy, preferably the horse has recently been inspected without remarks. If not inspected yet, I will do a clinical and X-ray exam.
- No trotters or coldbloods, this does not suit me.
- Normal price range, matching the horse. It does not need to be a big talent or have a fantastic pedigree.
My goal is to offer plenty of variety in riding. We are located next to woods and dunes, so traffic-safe is a plus. We can also walk to the woods, but riding there is preferred. He or she will be stabled at a livery yard, where they are turned out during the day and stabled at night. I cannot offer 24/7 turnout at the moment, so I would like a horse that is also used to being stabled. The intention is for him or her to be stabled together with my gelding, so he/she must be friendly towards other horses, but also dare to set boundaries. My gelding is very playful and if no one sets boundaries, the play goes on longer than anyone wants because he can also become a bit insecure towards the other horse and not set boundaries himself. For me it is also very important that a match can be found here. I am not in a hurry with my search and am truly looking for a good match where everyone feels comfortable. I would therefore like to visit twice before making a definitive decision to buy.
