Gentle: Sweet leisure/dressage mare

I am looking for a new home for my incredibly sweet and affectionate mare Gentle. I am selling her due to a hand injury that I have been dealing with for a year now.

Versatility in training:
Gentle is a horse that thoroughly enjoys variety. She can be ridden for leisure as well as actively trained in dressage. Groundwork, poles, lunging, long-reining or a small jump also suit her very well. She responds very well to seat and posture, both mounted and on the ground.

Suitable for different riders:
• Leisure rider: if you just want to enjoy a nice ride, she walks around well-behaved and neatly. She listens well, is nice in the hand and responsive to the aids.
• More active rider / dressage: If you ride her just a bit more actively, she goes easily on the bit, leg-yielding, L1 exercises etc.
• Experienced rider / active dressage: Get started and much more comes out. She can then show quite a few dressage exercises, whether perfect or not, and go nicely. The more you ask, the more comes out.
Here you will notice that her left side is her more difficult side. Gentle naturally places her left hind leg slightly past her mass. If you ride her strongly, she places this leg underneath, but you must therefore maintain control over the shoulder and flexion/bending. She is not bothered by this at all herself, but you notice that it takes her a bit more effort to stay in the correct balance. She remains very well-behaved and easy to ride. With less active riding you notice little to nothing of this because she is then allowed to trail that leg a bit more.
• She is well traffic-proof and is unfazed by large tractors or roaring engines. However, she can sometimes be a bit distracted if a lot is happening around her.
• I do not find her suitable for a beginner or very young rider.

Character
In terms of character, she is an absolute jackpot. She loves grooming, cuddling, walking and washing. In handling she is super well-behaved.

Health and management:
Gentle has a grass and pollen allergy.
• She can just go out on the grass. Preferably naturally grown grass instead of cattle grass. At our place she is more often in the paddock.
• With her current medication (inhaler), a well-fitting fly mask (possibly also during hacking out) her symptoms are well controlled. At her previous stable location she had virtually no symptoms due to a different location.

She was fully clinically and radiologically inspected 5 years ago. Re-inspection is permitted at buyer's expense.
Gentle likes 4 carrots.
