VDL Glasgow vh Merelsnest jumped to third place in the 1.60m Shanghai Grand Prix on 4 May 2019 under Jur Vrieling. He went clear in the jump-off, which earned € 91,500. Seven weeks later, he finished second in the Geesteren Nations Cup at that same height. In Rome, he competed in the 1.65m Grand Prix, finishing twelfth. In the Nations Cup at that show, he placed third at 1.60m. He is the damsire, so those results appear in the damline.

A step closer is uncle Caro W. On 11 May 2025 in Wellington, he jumped double clear and placed second in the 1.50m Grand Prix. Jad Dana rode him at 1.60m in 2024. Great-uncle Prestige van het Kluizebos finished fourth in the 1.45m Wuustwezel Grand Prix on 30 June 2024 under Pieter Devos, once again with a clear jump-off. A year earlier, he won two 1.40m classes in Opglabbeek.

Dam Galatea BSH Z is from 2023, and Dragonfly van het Hulshof is her first foal. Sire Diarado has sired forty-four 1.60m offspring.
