Showjumper gelding, 5 years old
Description
Rodey-O is a 5-year-old gelding by Inaico VDL x V. Alba R x Corland. +/- 1.63 tall.
Direct from the breeder, the dam, EU-Macoemba, is also present. She was always very versatile and well-behaved. She jumped 1.20m and competed at L eventing, due to an injury she became a broodmare.
Rodey-O's sire, Inaico VDL, was frequently used for speed classes and has won a lot with them.
Rodey-O is a horse with plenty of blood, he is well-behaved, not spooky at the fence, careful and changes leads easily. He quickly finds things a bit exciting if the rider is slightly out of balance and is therefore not suitable for the beginner rider.
He was backed as a 4-year-old and then competed for a while. Due to circumstances, he then had a break and has recently been brought back into work. He is currently jumping 1m at competitions again but is therefore still a bit green for his age.
He seems suitable for the transition from pony to horse.
His legs were x-rayed as a 3-year-old, 1 small chip was removed. Otherwise, everything was fine. Pre-purchase exam is possible, costs for the buyer.
Rodey-O has trouble standing alone in the horse trailer. With company is no problem.
Videos upon request, please WhatsApp rather than call due to work.
Price range between €10,000 - €20,000.
